I honestly miss having the incredible support I had a year ago on here, and even though I don’t expect to get that many followers, that’s more than fine. Walked by pizza and got a banana and skim milk for pre-run food… This is getting easier. I want this so bad.
4 days of personal greatness
Over 20 miles. No binging. Definitely less than 2000 calories every day. And most importantly, I feel so much better than I did a week ago.
I’m honestly just writing this because despite the fact it’s 1:22 AM, I’d reallyyy like to eat all the things right now.
PS I might make a new blog dedicated to this shit again. I just need to keep this going. I definitely haven’t had 4 days in a row doing so well since before I had messed up eating habits.
